Jersey City, New Jersey-based Hudson Equities has purchased the Four and Five Sentry Park office complex in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, from Keystone Property Group for $34 million, or about $173 per square foot.
Keystone Property Group originally purchased the buildings as part of a portfolio in August 2013, according to CoStar data. The local investment firm invested $5 million on improvements to the complex including adding a fitness center, outdoor patio, roof deck and upgraded lobby areas.
Hudson’s additional holdings in the Philadelphia area include 2250 Chapel Ave. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey; Island View Crossing in Bristol; and 1000 Madison Ave. in Trooper.
