The search concluded in a lease at 980 Jolly Road in Blue Bell, PA. BrightView recently took occupancy in 52,000 square feet of office space on the building’s top two floors. Property owner Kairos Real Estate Partners has recently modernized the former Aetna facility with $6 million in renovations that include facade work and the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center, conference and training center as well as a new modern café and lounge.

The new corporate headquarters will serve as the home base for BrightView as it provides, through its team of
more than 18,000 employees, services ranging from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care and
landscape development for thousands of customers’ properties, including corporate and commercial properties,
institutional properties and parks.
